In spite of the fact you think the areas where your McCartys lived they are the only ones, some apparently moved. THEN dates are necessary to be sure we have the right ones. This looks like it might be your Nancy, you may know more about her:
Nannie Beckham McCarty, b 8 Feb 1845, TN; d 26 Dec 1927, San Antonio, Bexar Co, TX; widowed; buried Ennis, TXp; father A.D. Beckham, b KY; mother Martyha Bunndy, b KY; informant Thomas McCarty. [maybe her son?]
You can look at above site, find some of your Nancy's children, see if they give her maiden name as Beckham, that would prove, or disprove, this lady.
