William Holland was an attorney in Leon County at the time of the 1880 Census. He married a Kate Patrick probably in Leon Co. in 1880 or before. William was born in 1850 in Choctaw Co. AL. died ?. Kate was born November 19, 1850 in Texas and died Aug. 24, 1940 in Georgetown, Williamson Co., Texas. Kate's parent were: Walter Abney Patrick (b.May 24, 1824 St. Clair Co. AL, death: Jan.25, 1889, Centerville, Leon Co., Texas) and Jane Holt Stewart (b. Aug 18, 1822 in Tenn, died June 6, 1873, Centerville, Leon Co., Texas.
