You didn't give any dates for your couple, other then when they were married, which doesn't indicate ages. So, I went looking at your message history, found birth dates, then went looking at 1880 census to retrieve names of some of their children. I thought I might find some of the children on the TX Dth Idx 1890-1967 --;p=2;c=1320964;t=searchable -- But, couldn't seem to find Gaylord, Ed, or William. Brown is so common, do you know married names of any of any of the daughters? On some of the death records the names of the parents are listed, including maiden names of the mothers, when known. You might find Amanda's maiden name that way.
