I am searching for any info on Wm. Leander Reed who's family was in Yoakum, LaVaca Co., TX in late 1850's early 1860's. He was married to Theresa C. Moore in Perry Co.,MO in 1852 but daughter Josephine Rebecca Reed is born in "Yocum" in 1861. The family is back in Perry Co., Mo by about 1865.
Wm. Leander's mother was a Layton who had ties in LaVaca Co. also.
