I found the following census for William and Bessie:

1900 Texas Census, Lampasas County, Lampasas Town, ED 103, sheet 12B, June 12, 1900, 251/294, lived on 4th Street

Forsman, Bessie, HHH, White, Female, born Mar 1850, age 50, widow, has no children, born Virginia, parents born Virginia, boarding house keeper, can read & write, speaks English, rents a house
Bryce, William M., brother, White, Male, born Feb 1812, age 88, single, born Virginia, parents born in Virginia, lawyer, has not been employed in the last 12 months, can read & write, speaks English
