W. G. Stakely, b MO; res Sumner, TX; d 26 Oct 1915, Paris, Lamar Co, TX; father John Stakely; mother Rachel Pennington.

You can view the actual digitized death certificate -- http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html?..#w=;p=2;c=1320964;t=searchable -- it has more info, such as cause of death, cemetery, funeral director etc.

I don't see any other Stakely for any date on that index in Lamar Co, TX.
