He married JEAN ELIZABETH CORYELL, daughter of ODA CORYELL and ZELLA ROSS. She was born 08 Apr 1923 in Winchester, Indiana, and died 17 Apr 1987 in St. Joseph's Hospital. Burial: Springhill Cemetery, Paris, Lamar County, Texas
