I could not find Jimmy Crouch in the Texas Death Records.
Did find the following, and there are more older Jacksons who died in Lamar County also.

Retired School Teacher, married.

Informant: Bill Jackson,593 Bonham St.Paris,TX.
Burial: Paris ,TX Brown-Roden Funeral Home

B: June 22,1878, Illinois
D: March 18,1960 Paris , Lamar Co.TX Widowed
Father: Wm.Hargus
Mother: Elizabeth Hargus
Informant: Mrs.Grace Echols
Burial: Evergreen Cemetery, Paris TX. Gene Roden & Sons.
Cardio renal disease.
