Does anyone have any information on a Martin Family of Kimble County. A descendant, Vann Martin was apparently sheriff of the county many years ago. I am trying to trace his ancestors, including a Sally Martin who married C.C. Kimble. It was C.C. Kimble's grandfather, George C. Kimble, for whom the county was named. Other Martin names are James Henry Martin married to a Mary Rowland, parents of Sally. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
