Does anyone have any stories about Pappy Crate? I used to spend my summer vacations up at his cabins by the river.
I remember the dance place we went every Saturday night..
Crowders(sp). He had a son Prof. Crate who graduated from Rice University and he taught at Schreiner back in the 60's & 70's. He was a math wizzard! They were wonderful people.
