Billy; We visited the Nichols Cemetary this past weekend.(5-2-01) I saw a grave of G.W. Nichols while there. I wrote down many of the names; My grandchildren were with us so I couldn't spend much time; My grandmother on my Father's side was a Nichols. Ingram, Texas is the location of the cemetary in Kerr County.(Nichols Cemetary). Ingram was named after one of my grandmother's relatives--grandfather or great grandfather; My mother probably can help us out, though she doesn't have a computer. She has visited the cemetary, too. Are you in Texas? My father was Adelbert Berry Clemons. I will e-mail you with the names I have. Unfortunately, I didn't record GW, even though I believe Grandma was kin to him. I'm excited to find your message. I know the Rowland Nichols on the Historical Marker was killed by Indians. It also states it on his tombstone. This Nichols was born 6-30-1805 and died4-11-1859. Another Rowland was born 9-19-1893, died 12-20-1955; wife Elizabeth Vera;9-15-1891to5-15-1984. I don't know how to trace my family tree, but I'm interested in learning; I'll be sending you the rest of the names. Sharon O'Bar
