Obit: Tom Watson Dies at Legion Sunday
Tom Watson, 54, died at Legion Sunday morning where he had been undergoing treatment since suffering a stroke two months ago. A Vautrain coach left here Sunday afternoon to return the body to San Angelo, where services are to be held. Complete arrangements are pending.
Mr. Watson, who was born April 26, 1890, formerly lived here and was an employee of the City of San Angelo for about 25 years. He moved to San Antonio about a year and one-half ago.
This was my grandfather who passed away in the Veterans hospital in Legion Texas. I am asking for someone to check the directory for the years 41-44. He died 1944.
Pearl Watson may be listed as HOH if he was in the hospital.
