I need to correct my post of almost 4 years ago. Sally Huggins was not the mother of Richard James Moore, but was the second wife of Garrett F Moore. The mother of Richard James Moore shown with Garrett and Sally on 1880 Kaufman census was Anna Etta Murphy, Garrett's first wife.
Anna Murphy married Garrett in Rusk County on december 3, 1871 and gave birth to Richard on Oct 26,1872.

I don't know as yet where Garrett and Anna lived or where and how she died. Some of the search engines and portals got it wrong about Sally being Richard's mother, including familysearch.com. They have now corrected it.

I do not know what happened to Sally or where she is buried.

Still need help with finding info on Sally and Anna Murphy.

Garrett married a third time to Agnes Jane Norris Dunham and lived in Tisomingo, Okla until his death in Crowley, TX about 1911. They raised about a dozen children.

Don't know why either of his first two wives did not live very long.
