John,

I appreciate your generous response. I have not received an email from the forum and only happened on your response while browsing today.

When and if you have the opportunity, please look for the Patterson name in the minutes, etc., of the Baptist Church. William J. Patterson and John S. Patterson were brothers who both were ministers. They were married to sisters Mary Ann and Catherine "Katy" (née Hunt) who are my aunts. There were also children who may be named in the records. The time window will be approximately 5 years from about 1888 to about 1893.

During that time William J. Patterson moved to Roby to pastor a church and my aunt Mary Ann died there. William J. Patterson then remarried to a widow Roxanna Massey.

I will gladly pay for copying and postage for what you may find.

Thank you very much.

Bill Hunt
