In reference to you e-mail of April 15th concerning
Hugh
Winfred. Hardy, M.D. We are sorry but the only information we
found in
the Medical Library was his death notice that appeared in the
"Journal
of the American Medical Association" v. 165:384, 1957. The notice
was as
follows:
"Hardy, Hugh Winfred, Jasper, Texas; Medical Department of Tulane
University of Louisiana, New Orleans, 1909; founder of the
Hardy-Hancock
Hospital; died in the John Sealy Hospital, Galveston, July 14,
aged 70,
of lower nephron nephrosis.
The Dean's Office had only Dr. Hardy's graduation date.
