My name is Dianna Wellman & I am trying to find anything about the Adoption & Death of my Cousin, Kenneth Billingsley. I have been told that he was adopted by the
" Postman " in Jasper in the 40's or 50's. He died when I was young & I was born in 1948. His brother, Bobby Billingsley, was adopted by a " Policeman " in the same area around the same time. If anyone has any information they would share with me, I would appreciate it. ( The boys Mother was named Nora Evans. Father--Elmer Levi Billingsley & he had only one leg---used a homemade prop for a leg ).
