My 2g grandfather,Jonathan Jackson CHOATE Sr,was born 8Dec1822 in Perry Co.,Tenn. He married his first wife, Frances A. HARDY,about 1847 in Tenn. Frances was born 27Dec1825 in North Car. They went to Mississippi,then Jasper Co.,Texas,and lastly Nacogdoches Co. Frances died 16July1874 in Nacogdoches Co. and is buried in Friendship Cem.,Looneyville,Nacogdoches Co.,Texas.

After the death of his first wife,Jonathan Sr. married her sister,Martha E. HARDY. Jonathan died about 1908 and is buried in an unmarked grave in Friendship Cem.

Does anyone know anything about the parents of Frances and Martha?
