No, I am not a Confederate Soldier descendant from Jackson County, Tx, on the side of the family I am doing my research. I am not sure why my g.g.grandfather was buried at this particular cemetery in Texana other than he lived there in 1872 till his death, some time in that decade. Also, I do not live in Edna or the county, but my research has me making many trips, which is just an hour and halfs drive away. If I could be of any more help, I do have a great history resource book of Jackson County that has many surnames from the very early start of Texana and Jackson County. I do lookups in this book, at request.

Regards,
Stephanie
