There may be an index of early TX births available at the Jackson Co courthouse. But, I doubt that there was anything before 1903 since recording births in this state was not a requirement until then. Actual birth certificates were not given until a later date.

As far as I know, there isn't anything on either the internet or in book form for Jackson Co.
