Thank you for the help. I didn't think about checking Palo Pinto. I will do that thank you.
It seems to me my mother told me they had married in 1942, that is just a faded memory for me. Mother was 21 when I was born in the Jacksboro Hospital.
My mother's father is Alvin Walter BROYLES an mother Josephine STEPHENS.
Grandpa BROYLES was a So. Baptist Minister, and he traveled often from town to town to the cemeteries and etched the headstones on the side. Mom told me they used to sleep in the cemeteries and how frightning it was at times because of the rattle snakes, spiders and critters.
The story is that my mom was in love with Frank Rayburn WALLER, but her father did not like Frank R. WALLER and grandpa forbid mom to see Frank. Grandpa had picked my father for her to marry..
My father is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Joplin, TX. My father was actually born April 11, 1924 in Joplin, TX, and on the his headstone it states he was born 1922...My mother was born 1925 in Childress, TX...The error with my dads data for his death was given by dads 2nd wife Lucille Wilma EDWARDS.

Here I am writing a book...Thank you so much for your help..
Nelda
