Butterfield Stage Route, 1858-1861

I have discovered the Butterfield stage route in Jack County. It "came in through Edward Riley's Ranch" and passed through Sewell's Prairie. The station was two or three miles South of Jacksboro. I would greatly appreciate any informaiton relative to these locations. I am struggling with Edward Riley (believed to be my ancester) He was killed by Indians before 1870. Thanks in advance.
