Larry & Judith, what a thrill I had last night when I saw that you had answered my inquiry. My husband's great grandfather, William Alner Jamison, is a brother to George W. Jamison. We made a family history trip last April to Texas, Oklahoma, Kentucky & Missouri. In Texas, we were able to visit with Leonard Jamison (Jacksboro)and Neva Erbacker(Fort Worth)who are descendants of George W. Jamison. Do you know them? We tried to go to the Hicks Cemetery but a lady we contacted could not find the key to the gate. Neva had been there before so she gave me photos of some of the headstones.
I would very much like to correspond with you and learn more about this family.
Do you know anything about George W and William Alner's ancestors. I have some information that I am willing to share with you.
Please contact us at I have a lot more to tell you, but it will be easier on an email.
Hope to hear soon.
