I know this is an old post, but the TX Dth Idx 1890-1976 only came online fairly recently. You can view the digitized copy of the original records for more details -- http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html?..#w=;p=2;c=1320964;t=searchable

George G. Welsh, b 23 Nov 1855, MO; d 27 Aug 1928, Ysleta, El Paso Co, TX; married; buried Evergreen; father Jon Welsh, b Ire; mother Catherine Stanton, b Ire; informant Mrs. Margaret Clark, Clarks Cafeteria, El Paso [probably daughter Margaret]

Della Welsh, b 22 Sep 1873, Dongola, IL; residence El Paso; d 3 May 1961, Kerr Co, TX; widow; buried Kerville, Kerr Co, TX; father ....Worrell; mother Louisa Dunsworth; informant, records of the Kerrville State Hospital.

On the 1900 census in household of George, mother-in-law is clearly listed Louise Garrison. She's listed as L.C. Garrison on the 1910 census living with her son.

You can view the above death index, and look for other members of the family.

Happy Hunting (^_^)
