Rodney Simmons, I saw your posting. I have just started trying to research my mother's family. She doesn't know very much about them but here is what I know. Her grandfather was Charles H. Simmons - married to Minnie Lorine (Jenkins?) Simmons. She died in 1914 and my mother thinks she remembers that her grandfather remarried but didn't stay married very long. He died Sept. 28, 1933. He had a son Hillen and a son Edward. Hillen had a son, James, and a daughter, Daphne. Edward did not have any children. She remembers him as living in San Saba and he was a pharmicist. She thinks Hillen lived in Arlington, TX.
