Looking for information on BRAILSFORD family in Houston County, TX by early 1900's.

Father was GEORGE Brailsford d.about 1920.

Known Sons by first wife:

1. THOMAS R. BRAILSFORD b.1894 d.1918.
Thomas Brailsford was killed in WWI. Local American Legion Post named after him.

2. WALTER S. Brailsford married Kitty M. SMITH 1913 in Houston County, TX.

Believe the second wife of George Brailsford was Willie V. and her mothers name was Mary Elizabeth HORTON. Mrs. WILLIE V. Brailsford was a member of the Eastern Star and it is believed the Brailsfords lived in the Latexo area. Willie V. Brailsford died in 1922 at Athens, TX after an automobile accident; the car was driven by her daughter, Mrs. Robert D. Allen.

Would appreciate any information on any of these families. BRAILSFORD, SMITH, ALLEN, and HORTON.

Looking for the information for ELIZA BISHOP and the Houston County Historical Commission.
