Hello-Dont know if this info will be of any help-but I have a book "Crockett Newspapers 1853-1896"=has small articles from the newspaper-and in it are two small mentions of the surname McNeil #1 March 14 1890 just mentions the name "MR.McNeil-Lovelady- as attending a meeting and in charge of showing specimens of sugar etc for what appears to be for the-> FT.Worth SPRING PALACE #2 April 11,1890 LOVELADY= this article states that the body of J B McNeil who died at SARON,TX.-his body arrived in Lovelady and was buried with Masonic honors (this article doesnt say which cemetery he was buried=and I checked the only cemetery books I have and his name is not listed)-so probably there was no tombstone still standing when the listings were made <L.Nance> Notify Administrator about this message?
