Theodore D. Penn was called "Theo." He was in Lipan as early as 09/15/1876. He worked with my great-grandfather, Madison Right Hale.
Theodore D. Penn served in the Civil War.
T.D. Penn was a member of the Lipan International Order of Odd Fellows (IOOF) Lodge No. 298.

About 1888 William Edmond Davis (1869-1950), my cousin, married Vilina Lineberry. Vilina was born 10/1871 in North Carolina; died 1928; burial Evergreen Cemetery. [Eddie's mother and my great-grandmother were sisters - maiden name Iles. Two of Eddie & Vilina's great-granchildren are my double cousins.]
12/12/1897 S.L. Holmes married Earnestine Lineberry.
08/09/1908 Dollie Peugh married B.F. Cox.
