I would like to know if there was a
chiropractor's school in the Hidalgo County, Texas area in
1918-1922. The Hidalgo County, Texas 1920 census listed Peter Weins [1862, Wisconsin-1937, Montana]; his wife, Margaret Heinrichs Weins [1862, Wisconsin-1922, Missouri]; and one of their adult sons, Francis [Frank] Weins [1892, Wisconsin-1946, Montana] as living in Mercedes, Hidalgo, Texas.
Peter Weins is listed as a contractor. Francis Weins is listed as a painter. The census listed their surname as WIENS. Francis was in the service in Texas during WWI. He was a chiropractor later in life.
The family lived in Wisconsin until 1900, Iowa until 1910, Missouri until WWI and Montana between 1937-1946. Any information on the chiropractor school or these people would be appreciated. I have all the census information.
