I hope by now you found what you wanted, but if not Find a Grave site has him in Concord Cemetery and photo of his headstone. The index listed him as John W. Wherry, but his headstone says John Dudley Wherry, b 1874, d 1937. It is a double headstone with his wife's name, too.
