William Daniel Wood

I am seeking information on William Daniel Wood who died in San Marcus in 1907 and his father Isaac F. Wood. He was born in NC in the late 1820's. W. D. Wood's parents were Isaac Franklin Wood and Jimpsey Horn. When W. D. Wood was four years old his family moved from Edgecombe or Nash County NC to Randolph Co. IN. He attended the Univ.of IN in the 1840's and became an attorney. In 1850 W. D. Wood, his sibling and their father Isaac Wood moved to Leon Co.(Centerville, TX). W.D. Wood practice law in Leon Co. and represented Leon Co. in the TX legislature in the 1870's. He was appointed judge to the circuit including Leon Co. In @ 1883 he move to San Marcus where he was a succesful business man and civic leader. He was one the founders of Texas State Univ. in San Marcus. He died in 1907 after the death of his wife. He had know direct heirs. If home may now be a bed and breakfast in San Marcus.
