Brown Family - 1850's-1860's

I am seeking onformation on the Brown familyu who moved to Hay county around the 1850's from Carroll county, Mississippi.

Nancy Brown - Mother (b. 1800 in N. Carolina)
William W. Brown - Son (b. 1832 TN)
John T. Brown - Son (b. 1838 Miss)

They are listed on the 1860 Slave Schedule for Hays county. I would like to see if I could find out if they owned a slave named Jane - who later appears on the 1880 Hays county census as Jane Richardson.

Thank you,

Colin Hicks
