I couldn't find Lucy after the 1860 Census, however, the Wilson Family Tree of East Texas (Ancestry.com) says she died in Karnack, Harrison, TX 20 June 1896.

You can contact the Harrison County Clerk, www.co.harrison.tx.us/County Clerk/county_clerk.htm and ask them if they have death records back to 1862 and 1896.

The Wilson Family Tree also has a picture of Lucy's tombstone. Most larger public libraries provide free access to Ancestry if you have a local library card.

There are microfilms for Harrison Co. that you can request via inter-library loan from Texas A&M University, www.tsl.state.tx.us/arc/local/harrison.html. You have to contact your local library and they request the films. Generally there is no charge unless you live in Oregon.
