Thank you for your reply! We have several Moore's buried in Forest Hill Cemetery. John Milton Moore and his wife Sarah Bowles Moore to name a couple. I am stuck at the LOCATION of Sarah and John Moores land on Moccasin Creek Road. Do you know where that road is? Sarah died April 23, 1940, but she is on the 1940 census as living on Moccasin Creek Road, house # 88 next to Bowles as house 90 I believe. I don't know at which end the census taker started or even if the house still exists today.

I am a never give up genealogist and hope some day I can locate the land on which they lived. Any help you can provide would be wonderful! Thank you so much.
Sincere,
Jeanette Moore
