What are the chances of there being a record being recorded of a pension in Marshall Texas for a AfroAmerican widow some time between 1923 and 1930 whose husband was killed while working for the rail road or did such even exist for any of the families if so I will repost if not won't bother.
thanks for your help or opinions.
Gwen
