Dorothy LaBelle (STAUTS) Hybarger died December 30, 2005 in Houston, Texas. She was born August 1, 1919 in Waco, Texas. She was the daughter of Joseph C. Stauts and Maggie LaBelle Fogle both of whom were of early Harrison and Panola County settler families. She married Delmas Lee Hybarger November 20, 1938. She had three children Dianne Hybarger Sudduth, Nancy Hybarger Ledet, and Charles Delmas Hybarger. Affectionally known as "Mama Dot" to family and friends, she proudly traced her heritage as the granddaughter of George Washington Stauts who served in Harrison County's 1st Infantry, "Hood's Brigade", CSA.
A visitation was held at Earthman Funeral Home, Houston, Texas on Monday January 2nd. A graveside service was held at Waco Memorial Park on Tuesday, January 3rd.
