My grandmother died in Chillicothe in 1923, and was buried in the Old Chillicothe Cemetery, I managed to get the burial information (whcih provided more information that her death certificate) by calling the Chillicothe Court House and someone there gave me the name and phone number of the person who had all of the files for those buried in this cemetery and they looked it up for me and sent me a copy, plus picture of her grave. It might be worth a try...
