My info shows Ida Ellen Crow married to Ben Hackney. Children were Frank, Tom, John, Jim, Annie or Jennie (m. a Lambert), May and Bertha (m. a Denninton). There was some question about the name of May's husband, but thought to be Bennen. I couldn't find a Bennen married to a May on either the 1920 or 1930 Census. I did find a May Bynum (age 34) as head of household in Matagorda Co, TX on 1930. She had a daughter age 8 and the name could have been Anita. Couldn't really read it. She also had a 10 year old daughter and that name looked like Jennie and a 12 year old son named Eldridge. I didn't find Ira C. on either census. Do you know what the C. stood for? He might have used his middle name or a nickname. Hope this helps.
