I checked the Texas State Library and Archives and they don't have newspapers for Hamilton that old.

Check with the hamilton County Genealogical Society, I can't tell what they have from their web site. If they don't, ask them if the local library might. Maybe for a donation, one of their folks would go to the library and look it up. Doesn't hurt to ask. Successful Searching!
