You don't give much in your query, so not sure how much you may have already. First three in following family are at the bottom of the page, dark and hard to read. Beginning with Millie, the others are on the top of the next page, which is clearer. Is Susan's maiden name Dolloff? From birth patterns, looks like her widowed brother & his children are living with the family. If Henry was born 1884, as you show, then he must have a different mother then Susan. But, if I've found the right W.R. Rogers on the 1880 census (single), Henry couldn't have been born in 1884.

Rogers is pretty common, but if you go to Elreatha Weather's website, Hamilton Co, TX Gazetteer and type in Dolloff, up comes 29 items. You might find someone working on that line that knows somethinga about the Rogers, too.
I would also post a query on the Hamilton Co, TX GenWeb site, too. I suggest you put just a little bit more in your queries, it helps to narrow the playing field, a bit.
Happy Hunting (^_^)
