MEMPHIS - Ella Irene Hughes, 82, died Friday, Dec. 13, 2002, in Quanah.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. today in IOOF Cemetery in Lakeview with the Rev. Gary Boyles officiating. Burial will be by Sullivan Funeral Home of Vernon.
Ms. Hughes was born Aug. 27, 1920, in Lakeview, the daughter of the late William Mack Henry and Ella Messer Hughes. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Memphis.
Survivors include two brothers, Thomas Urbane Hughes of Lakeview and Rupert Mack Hughes of Plainview; two nephews; three nieces; and many friends.
The family suggests memorials be to Methodist Sunshine Children's Home.
