Seeking information on Martin brothers, G.H.(Henry) and W.E. (William) who married Johnson sisters, Sarah Martha and Derienda E. in Rains Co. in northeastern Texas.
G.H.(Henry)(b. 1879-?/d. 1947-Hale Co.Texas)and his wife, Sarah Martha Johnson(b. 1885-Rains Co. Texas/d. 1943-Hale Co. Texas). They are buried in the Petersburg Cemetery in Petersburg, Texas. They married in 1911.
W.E.(William)(b/d-unknown)married Dierenda E.(b.1891-Rains Co. Texas) in 1914.
Dierenda was killed in a buggy accident and her father, C.B. Johnson brought her back to Rains Co. for burial in the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. They might of been living in or around Sweetwater in west Texas at the time of her death.
What happened to William? Did they have children? Did he marry again?
There also about 25 Martins buried in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.Would like to know if any are kin to the Henry and William Martin?
Information would be appreciated.
