Hi Judi, I live in La Vernia, Texas near San Antonio. I am the historian for the Concrete Cemetery. Did you read the posting under Newton and Concrete Cemetery on this web page? My box number is P.O. box 234, La Vernia, Texas 78121.
Recently, I was in touch with a descendant of this same Sexton line who lives in Arizona. He sent me the copies of the obituaries since I am collecting obits of those interred in the Concrete Cemetery.
There is an Achterberg Cemetery in Guadalupe Co., in fact, we pass by this cemetery quite often on our way to Seguin.
We have two Achterberg's in Concrete Cemetery; Henry F. (11/22/1868 - 6/21/1941) and Henry Homer Achterberg (12/15/1915 - 11/14/1934).
