James Harris - Guadalupe Cty, TX 1880-1900

Looking for info on the following:

James Harris b.1825 in NC
-married Catherine Stewart (b. 1828) in 1847 in TN
-Had one son, Simms Harris in 1848

1870 - James is married to Mary M in Goliad Cty, TX with several more children
1880 - they are in Guadalupe County, Texas

He and his Harris children stay in Guadalupe Cty through at least 1900

I have the rest of this line down to myself, but nothing further back than James.
