Albert Preston Blair died in Grimes Co. near Stoneham on Oct. 17, 1920 of knife wounds (murder perhaps?. Death Certificate No. 32068. His body was to be buried in Dallas, TX.

An obituary was posted in the Washington Post (D.C.) between Oct. 18-20, 1920. He states that Albert Preston Blair died Oct. 17,1920 in Dallas (incorrect - He died in Grimes Co.) He was the husband of Atha Blair (Betty Atha Blair in other records). He was the son of the Frank Pierce and Catherine Blair. Albert's siblings and parents are all buried in Glenwood Cemetery in D.C. (See Find a Grave)
