Can anyone tell me about the J. F. Lee, age 57, who is listed at Plantersville in Grimes Co., TX on the 1880 census? Census says he is a schoolteacher and that he was born in SC. He is listed with wife Sarah, age 47, b. GA and daughter Annie, age 17, b. AL.

Is this the same family as the James Lee listed in 1870 in Bryan, Brazos Co., Texas? With Sarah, John (17, b. AL), Sarah (10, b. AL), Jackson (8, b. AL), and Ann (6, b. AL)?

I would be most appreciative if anyone has additional info on this/these families.
