Plantersville Cemetery is off 105 and 1774 in Plantersville. Take I-45 south towards Houston, get off at the 105 (Conroe) exit and go west (Right). When you get to Plantersville (about 20 minutes), there is a light and a gas station (Shell) on the corner of 1774/105 on the left, you will take 1774 to the left. Go about 1/8 mile, over Railroad tracks and on the left you will see a small dirt road between trees. That is Cemetery Road. Take that road about 1/4 mile, it comes to a dead end. The cemetery is on the left. You can't miss it.
