Listed in the "Southern Christian Advocate"..Issue of June 18, 1852 is the following: "Married May 6, by Rev. S. Woodbery, Col. E.P. BLACKBURN to Mrs. Desdemona JOHNS of Leon Co., Fla."

Does anyone know any other details regarding Col. E.P. BLACKBURN and is this the same individual who appears as a yellow fever victim (identical name)1867 in Navasota, Grimes County, Texas?
