Jean, A few more things:
The 1880 Census of Gregg Co., TX for your Richard Wyatt Wynn shows J. C. Wilson, father-in-law, in household, age 80, born TN.
Then in the Danville Cemetery, near Kilgore, Gregg Co., TX:
J. C. Wilson, Mar 11, 1800 - Aug 6 1881
L. V. Wilson, Oct 22, 1812 - Mar 25, 1876 (could this be his wife?)
T. D. Wynn, Jul 29, 1835 - Aug 10, 1878
Angus H. Wynn, Sep 5, 1860 - Apr 7, 1881
Ivy Wynn, May 11, 1879 - Feb 7 1884 and
Emma Wynn, Feb 19, 1869 - Jun 15, 1871.
R. W. Wynn and wife are not buried here with their family, so you may be right that they are buried in San Angelo.

Kilgore City Cemetery, Gregg Co., TX:
Wynn, Ruth, Oct 15, 1872 - Aug 11, 1895 "daughter of R. W. and R. M. Wynn"

Alla Wynn married Rayburn B Hamilton, Nov 17, 1885, Gregg Co., TX. She was born Aug 14, 1866 in Rusk Co., TX; died Apr 21, 1896, Longview and is buried Greenwood Cemetery, Longview. Her husband was a doctor in Longview from 1883 until his death in 1897. They were the parents of two children: Angus Boyd Hamilton and Arthur Wynn Hamilton. The children were living with their WYNN grandparents in the 1900 census.

I found a note that R. Wyatt Wynn is on the 1860 census of Rusk Co., TX, p. 158, Camden, but I don't have anything more.

If you know the marriage date and place for Dr. Jason Wynn please send me that. Also, if you can find an obituary for him in San Angelo, I would love to have a copy or just info from it. Hope all this helps. Flo
