Longview Public Library and the MOLLUs War Papers.

Does anyone have access to the Longview Public Library? I need some information from this Volume that this library has:

Maine MOLLUS War Papers Volume 4
A Few Incidents and Reminiscences of the Civil War. - By Captain James H. Shannon.

I am researching Captain James H. Shannon who was a Captain of Comp E of the Tn-Al Vidette Cavalry during the Civil War. He was from Grundy County, Tn. I need to know if the Captain James H. Shannon I am researching is the same person referenced in the MOLLUS papers. Any assistance will be appreciated.
