Does anyone know if all of the Grayson County marriage, birth, etc. records were destroyed in the 1930 Riot? Other than the Federal Census images, I mean.

I am looking for information on relatives of my great-grandfather, Frank Louis, who died in Grayson County, but we don't know where he was born, or who his parents were. I've already checked the census, and he is not listed in either 1880 or 1900 (died 1909 or 1910).

I was hoping to try to track down his marriage records at least (to Emily Mitchusson), but I'm wondering if those were lost in the fire.
